The “Share Comment & Win Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) is organised by Sunlight Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).The Contest is open to all residents and permanent residents in Kota Kinabalu except employees and immediate family members of Sunlight Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organiser”), their affilates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
  
 
Contest Period

The Contest starts from 05 August 2019, 9a.m. to 18 August 2019, 11：59p.m. (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the absolute right to extend the Contest Period if deemed necessary. All entries received before or after the contest period will be disqualified.
 
 
How to participate? 
 
Step 1:  LIKE & FOLLOW Sunlight Pharmacy’s FB Page. 
Step 2: SHARE our 4 Health & Beauty Fair videos andTAG 5 friends and type #2019HBFcontest on each video. Make sure to set your posts to “Public”. 
 
  
Step 3: ANSWER THE QUESTION: What are you excited about our Health & Beauty Fair? Type your best answer on the comment section of this post.
 
 
Winners Announcement 
 
3 lucky winners will be chosen and announced on August 20 on our Sunlight Pharmacy’s Facebook page. 
 
 
Requirements Participants will need the following to participate in the contest:

  1. To own a Facebook account to participate
  2. To have “Liked” and “Followed”Sunlight Pharmacy Facebook Page
  3. Open to all residents in Kota Kinabalu only.
 
Prizes

  1. There will be 3 winners at the end of the contest. Total 3 prizes worth RM150 each will be given away.
  2. Prize redemption starts from 25 August 2019 onwards at Sunlight Pharmacy KK outlets.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the winners. All costs incidental to the redemption and/or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.
  5. Participation in this contest and acceptance of the prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organiser to use the winners’ names and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the winners.
  6. The Organiser shall, under no circumstances be responsible and/or liable if any of the winners cannot be contacted. The Organiser further reserves the full right to disqualify any winner if any reasonable attempt to contact them via any medium deemed appropriate by the Organiser has failed for any reason whatsoever.
