Tips to avoid over fatigue
- Eat well
Increase intake of fruit, vegetables , wholegrain foods, low fat dairy products and lean meats in your diet. Avoid processed foods and food with high calories and fat.
- Go to be bed early
Lack of sleep is one of the main causes of day time fatigue. So try not to short change yourself on shut-eye. It’s recommended to go bed early enough for a full night’s sleep, Adults need about 7 to 9 hours of sleep daily.
- Increase physical activity
Many studies have shown increased physical activity can boost energy level. Exercise help to boost metabolism and thus thus occurrence of fatigue is less. People who become active have a greater sense of self confidence as well. It’s recommended to exercise 30 minutes per session. 5 times per week.
