Gastric Health Talk for Ramadan at JPSM

In conjunction with Gut Health Campaign 2024, Sunlight Pharmacy extends its sincere gratitude to Jabatan Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Negeri Sabah for their participation in the Gastric Health Talk for Ramadan held on 7th of March, 2024. The health talk was presented by Sunlight Pharmacy’s Senior Dietitian Hazyl Ho and Pharmacist Ang Yng Yeng, delving into the topics of ‘Dietitian’s Tips for Ramadan Fasting’ and ‘Tips for Managing Medications during Ramadan’. We hope that everyone has gleaned valuable tips to prepare for the upcoming Ramadan, ensuring a healthy and fulfilling fasting experience.
