Professional Service

  • Engage with customers to understand their medical, nutritional, and dietary needs.
  • Medication assessment, accurate dispensing, patient consultation, and personalized counseling.
  • Assist with daily operations and provide coverage for other pharmacists when necessary.

 

Stock Management

  • Help with stock-taking and manage expired or out-of-stock products.
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Minimize product wastage according to company guidelines.
  • Receive and verify stock deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Store products according to proper procedures.
  • Maintain product availability while optimizing costs and managing storage limitations.

 

People Management

  • Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Ensure clear communication of promotions to both team members and customers.

 

Professional Compliance

  • Ensure the pharmacy consistently complies with government regulations.
  • Implement best pharmacy practices and adhere to guidelines set by authorities and the company.
  • Maintain good and accurate records in the prescription and poison book.


Requirements

  • Fully Registered Pharmacist under Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
  • Possesses at least a Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • PRP are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is required, and proficiency in Chinese is considered an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care as well as general advice on health and beauty care to customers.
  • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and other related duties
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products.
  • Perform cashiering duties.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels. Ensure product displays and visibility align with merchandising and inventory guidelines.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Pharmacy or at least 2 years of experience working in Retail Pharmacy.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate baby and mother products, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Handle stock receiving and manage delivery orders efficiently.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Stay updated on the latest baby products and market trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a baby and mom store
  • Knowledge of baby and mom products and current trends is a plus.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Chinese is considered an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process and troubleshoot complaints for faulty medical equipment returned from branches, coordinating repairs while maintaining warranty integrity.
  • Research usage directions, operating methods, and specifications for equipment ordered by branches.
  • Maintain records of faulty equipment and follow up on repairs or replacements with suppliers.
  • Provide online support and on-site training for branches on equipment handling and operation.
  • Provide service and repairs, as well as assist in the delivery and installation of selected equipment at customer locations or outlets. Collaborate with Pharmacists and Branch Managers on equipment display and provide an e-catalogue of available products.
  • Manage MDA applications and maintenance for the Sunlight Pharmacy Group.
  • Place purchase orders for necessary equipment parts.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management or product specialist roles, preferably in the medical or equipment sector.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment and the ability to understand technical specifications and operating methods.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Chinese is considered an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock level & place order for any product assigned.
  • Coordinate with logistics regarding stock arrivals.
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable deals (pricing and payment terms).
  • Enter stock allocations and invoices daily.
  • Validate and document batch numbers and expiry dates of returned stock upon receipt from branches.
  • Create a list of all returnable items and contact suppliers via email or phone to arrange collection.
  • Generate a Daily Picking List for all subsidiaries to facilitate smooth and accurate stock transfers by the transfer team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related role is preferred.
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to work independently
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Chinese is considered an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, education and related documentation and communication.
  • Assist patient with injuries by resorting their mobility, relieving pain and educating them in disease or injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of the intervention.
  • Prepare reports summarizing patient’s reaction and progress to treatment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and security at all time.
  • Able to do cashiering tasks.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Experienced/fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
